Terrestrial Laser Scanning
Terrestrial LiDAR is used for scanning building interiors, hard-to-reach areas, and external facades for architectural purposes.
Using the advanced Riegl VZ600i device in combination with software packages such as RiScan and Topodot, we create complete BIM models, ortho views of facades, and high-quality documentation of your building.

Aerial Scanning
By investing in the most advanced sensors, we provide top-notch aerial LiDAR scanning services, using innovative devices such as Riegl's VUX 160 and miniVux 3 systems.
The basic characteristics of this technology are extremely fast collection of topographic data from great heights, accuracy of 5mm, and the ability to penetrate through the densest vegetation with up to 16 returns - all 2,400,000,000 times per second.
Depending on the task and spatial resolution, the system is mounted on a drone/helicopter/aircraft and enables data collection for all engineering needs - for road and railway construction, creating digital twins of cities, supporting archaeological research, analyzing architectural elements, forest management, and planning and monitoring electrical power systems.

Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) from the air mounted on a drone brings the possibility of collecting data about underground structures. We enable non-invasive mapping of underground layers, archaeological sites, water courses, and other important elements.
The ability to mount such a sensor on a drone provides flexibility in exploring various terrains, including hard-to-reach or dangerous areas. Our advanced GPR sensors enable us to detect and analyze underground structures with high resolution, contributing to a better understanding of geological formations, archaeological heritage, and potential problems in urban planning.

Mobile GPR - IDS Georadar StreamUP
Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) works by sending pulses of different frequencies into the ground and measuring the return of reflected signals. Structures below the surface return a different signal from surrounding materials due to differences in material permittivity.
This technology is ideal for locating non-conductive materials or utilities, for conducting surveys of wide areas for indicative detection of possible underground assets in areas without existing records.
Our leading GPR, IDS StreamUP combined with IQMaps software, delivers incredible results in all areas. For challenging urban environments, we combine it with the TRK positioning system to achieve excellent results even in the most demanding conditions.
Geodetic Surveys
The cadastral register is a record of land surface parcels, buildings, and other structures that permanently lie on or below the land surface, as well as special legal regimes on the land surface, unless otherwise determined by law.
Land registers are kept regarding the legal status of real estate in the Republic of Croatia, relevant for legal transactions, unless something special is determined for certain lands. Rights to land are registered in land registers (mortgage, easement rights, etc.)
Land registers are kept by the municipal court as the court of first instance (land registry court). Holders of rights to real estate are obliged to report any change in real estate that affects the data registered in the real estate cadastre to the competent regional cadastre office or the City of Zagreb office within 30 days from the date of the change.
The appropriate geodetic survey is the technical basis for implementing changes made to real estate.

Hydrographic Survey
The WASSP S3PR Multibeam Echosounder (MBES) is purpose-built for geodetic mapping and research. By simultaneously generating up to 100 pings per second at a 120-degree angle and incorporating advanced signal processing, we easily see a complete and accurate picture of underwater bathymetry.
This system is ideal for: detailed bathymetric research, port investigation and channel management, dredging, maritime infrastructure inspection, wreck investigation, and search and rescue operations.
For surveying hard-to-reach areas, we use a dual-frequency echo-sounder mounted on an unmanned aerial vehicle.
